WHERE DO YOU SHIP?


We ship worldwide! USA DELIVERY Great News!! You're entitled to our standard free delivery service. Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Sat 8am to 7pm. To ensure you get all your items before the weekend, please place your order by Wednesday to receive by Saturday at the latest. First class Mail is free of charge and takes 5-7 business days in the United States. First-Class Mail outside the United States is $12.99 and takes 10-21 business days. Priority Mail inside the United States is $9.95 and takes 1-5 business days. Priority Mail Express inside the United States is $29.95 and takes 24 hours. Priority Mail outside the United States is $49.95 and takes 5-7 business days. Priority Mail Express outside the United States is $65.95 and takes 3-5 business days. Express Shipping outside the United States is $50.00 and takes 1-2 business days Overnight Shipping outside the United States is $95.95 and takes 24 hours INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY There is no next day delivery service. All our international deliveries are handled by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. First-Class Mail outside the United States is $12.99 and takes 10-21 business days. Local delivery to the Caribbean must have a PO box in the United States. Please note your order has to be placed before 3PM EST for the order to go out the same day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the following business day.




SHIPPING POLICY


If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time. We highly recommend that you select SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION for $5.95 if you have a history of missing packages. That way a person at your address must sign and collect your package eliminating the possibility of it being stolen. If you decide to file a claim through Paypal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered. The only time that we will resend a new package is when tracking confirms that the package was lost/delayed DURING TRANSIT and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc. We accept MasterCard, VISA and PayPal.




RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


No returns will be accepted without proper RA number and/or label. All claims must be made within 3 business day of receipt of goods. 20% packing fee will be applied if good are not returned in original packing. All discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned. Merchandise found with signs of being worn or other noticeable stains (i.e. makeup around the neck or stains at the bottom of the pants) will NOT be accepted. If the garments do not have the original labels, we will not accept the return and no credit will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS unless approved by one of our customer service team. Please be advised that all RA’s are for store credit ONLY.




HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?


Please email us at info@ashhsa.com and we will provide you with a return label. No returns will be accepted without proper RA number and/or label. Please be advised that all RA’s are for store credit ONLY.




HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?


Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. Please ensure that the check-out process was fully completed and that you reach the page containing your order confirmation number. Please ensure that your confirmation email was not filtered to your spam folder. If you need us to resend it please contact us at info@ashhsa.com and we'll be delighted to assist you.




HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?


Once your order ships an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. If no tracking number has been sent your order has not been shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Additionally please allow 2-4 business days for your shipment details to appear with USPS. If you are unable to track your order with USPS or Local Postal Office, please feel free to contact us for further assistance at info@ashhsa.com and we'll be happy to assist you.




WHAT IS YOUR STORE POLICY?


Regular Priced Items bought on ASHHSA.com will be accepted for an exchange within 2 business days of the delivered date. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. It must not be worn, altered or damaged, and free of any stains or distinct smells including perfume. All orders are exchangeable and non refundable. All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT PURCHASES OF ALL ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS AND ALL ON SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. If any of these non-refundable items are acidently returned by the costumer to ashhsa.com, we will send the items back to you for a First Class Mail and handling fee of $25.00 and no refund for the merchandise or any related shipping charges will be issued. To make an exchange or return please print and fill out the form included inside your original parcel and send it back with your returned merchandise. A First class mail fee of $15.00 to US, $25.00 to Canada or $50.00 International will be charged to your card for the return Shipping and Handling. Once your return parcel is received, it will take 7-10 business days to return your new item. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the item has been shipped.
